The Boeing Early Career Team is looking for driven individuals to join us and help shape the future of Boeing’s early career recruitment. The Early Career Talent team encompasses the College Recruiting, University Relations, and the Intern Programs teams who work together to identify business requirements, then source and recruit the best and brightest early career talent across the country.

This role will initially align to the College Recruiting team to plan and execute Fall Recruiting at our portfolio universities. Our teams will be merging together in the near future and transitioning into functional-based recruiting for specific skills. Team members will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of their assigned skill / function, including working with the Business to collect requirements, strategically determining which universities and events to source from, utilizing technology in the recruitment efforts, building candidate slates and matching hired candidates into positions. In addition, this role will work with the students during their summer internships to ensure an excellent experience and then assist the interns with full-time placement, thus managing the entire relationship from sourcing candidates into an internship to placement into a full time opportunity.

Boeing’s internship program employs approximately 1400 students across the United States. Students are sourced from major universities in the areas of engineering, information technology, business, human resources, and many other majors.

Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • 3+ years building and implementing college recruiting processes
  • 1+ year of Full Life Cycle (FLC) recruiting experience
  • 3+ years with College/University recruiting
  • Capable of traveling 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications:
  • 3+ years working with cross-functional organizations
  • 1+ year planning & executing diversity recruiting events
