Human Resource Manager/Client Care Supervisor

A senior service business in Cheyenne seeks an experienced staffing and administrative professional to help build and manage our elite team of compassionate caregivers as they provide quality care to our clients. As the Human Resource Manager/Client Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the hiring and retention process for our team of caregivers, as well as ongoing supervision to ensure the highest level of care.

This position will provide strategic direction and progressive leadership. Responsible for hiring, managing and scheduling caregivers, client retention, delivery of quality services, handling initial phone sales inquiries, and eventually management of the office staff.

Responsibilities include, among others:

  • Receive and filter incoming calls
  • Developing and implementing caregiver recruiting and retention programs
  • Identify, screen, and hire candidates
  • Perform caregiver orientations
  • Staff client cases with appropriate caregivers
  • Provide client care occasionally, if needed
  • Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
  • Proactively communicate with both clients and caregivers to ensure quality care is provided
  • Maintain integrity and completeness of files and databases
  • Participate in the after-hours, weekend and holiday staff scheduling coverage program

Specific requirements include:

  • 2+ yrs. experience staffing/scheduling in the homecare, hospice, or home health industries
  • Demonstrated understanding of high-activity service operations, human resources, administration, and experience in a customer service focused industry.
  • Reliable, organized and highly detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • A “Do What It Takes” attitude
  • Remain composed under pressure and excel in time management
  • Excellent administrative and clerical skills
  • Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word / Excel), social media and ability to learn and operate internal systems
  • Ability to provide after hours and on call service
  • Desire to grow with the agency and take on a leadership role in the organization
