Hotel Front Desk Clerk

The La Quinta Inn & Suites Meridian/Boise West is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Guest Service Agent.

The purpose of this position is to maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through the areas of reservations, guest check-in and check-out, telephone services and guest accounting, so as to maintain established hospitality and operational standards.

This position requires great customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and answer multi-line phones. Applicants must be able to deal with the general public, customers and employees with tact and courtesy, and must be punctual, dependable, and flexible. The available position is scheduled from 3pm-11pm and includes weekends – please do not apply if you are unable to work these hours.
