Concierge Attendant

Your Concierge Connection is looking for a Concierge Attendant for our desk located at The Village at Meridian.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, quick thinker, organized, committed, computer savvy, outgoing, and professional.

Our TEAM is heavily involved with assisting in all events going on throughout the property all year long. Our Ambassadors walk the property and interact with guests, recommend stores and restaurants to visit, hand out gifts and coupons on property.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform various administrative tasks assigned by the Concierge Manager.
  • Stand and greet guests according to company standards.
  • Keep concierge space neat and organized.
  • Assist with lost and found items and follow procedures.
  • Communicate any inventory issues to Concierge Manager.
  • Answer phones and give information in a professional manner
  • Provide gift cards sales to guests and assist with program maintenance.
  • Assist with social media platform maintenance.
  • Become knowledgeable and well-versed on the property in order to give accurate directions and information.
  • Promote the property by educating guests on restaurant and retail options.
  • Maintain knowledge of all restaurant, and retail information, including menu items and hours of operation, to best serve the guest.
  • Perform all other job related duties as assigned.
  • Follow all YCC procedures such as time and attendance and mandatory uniform guidelines.
  • Assist with events under direction of concierge manager and marketing team.
  • Provide guests with tourism and concierge requests.
  • Assist with assembling donation baskets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • PC Knowledge, Word, Excel, Social Media savvy.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
