The Patient Access Specialist helps support patient access and provides an exceptional patient experience through courteous and professional interactions. The Patient Specialist greets patients, schedules appointments, and collects relevant patient demographic and financial information to ensure a comfortable and efficient process. The Patient Specialist utilizes excellent customer service skills to ensure all patients feel informed, at ease and appreciated.

Required Criteria
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Criteria
1-2 years in either customer service or a health related field preferred.
Medical terminology background preferred.
