Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant to join our team! You will create graphics to meet commercial & promotional needs!

Create, develop and produce marketing materials and to include; webpages, website updates, sales collateral, graphic design for trade shows and brochures, photography and photography editing, trade shows, promotional items, landing pages, social media and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Meet with upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
• Compile and present data for other departments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Responsible for graphic design to include trade show graphics, trade-ads, product datasheets and brochures.
• Overall management of advertising and trade show calendar/deadlines
• Responsibility for all website edits and maintenance

Required Education & Experience:

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related and 0-2 years of experience; OR AAS and 3 years of experience
• Proven ability to manage schedules and calendars
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with website design and maintenance using WordPress
• Social media management in Hootsuite or similar software

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
