SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY – Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position)

  • Performs various functions in order to ensure accurate financial reporting, such as: maintaining and recording business transactions, balancing ledgers and preparing reports. Preparing clinic financial reports, lab analyses, etc. Responds to customer inquiries.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related business field preferred as well as 5 years experience in the field or the equivalent of years of experience in the field.
    • 5 Years of previous experience as General Accountant and knowledge of spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within particular field.
    • A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required.
