Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village, Boise’s leading full-service retirement community, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director.
As Executive Director, you will lead the marketing efforts of this beautiful, nearly 100-acre campus, its services, and its staff. You will develop, direct, and continuously evaluate the overall operations of the community, which include dining services, licensed care services, health and wellness programs, and building services. Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care living options, and features beautiful single-family homes as well as apartment homes.
If you are an experienced executive director or general manager whose strengths lie in sales, customer service and people management, we would love to speak with you about this opportunity!
Ideal candidates will have:
  • A commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
  • At least five years’ experience as a top-performing general manager or executive director in the hotel, hospitality, or senior housing industries
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • A passion for building culture and community
  • Experience leading sales teams and sales efforts
  • A proven record of solid financial management and budget control, as well as full P&L accountability
  • The ability to effectively lead and develop a diverse staff, including those with trained medical backgrounds
  • A genuine desire to enrich the lives of senior adults and their families
