This is an entry level finance position.

As an entry level Finance Analyst at Tektronix, your activities could include analyzing new product investment, product pricing, product phase out, competitor analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, and monthly reporting and analysis. A successful Business Partner will leverage knowledge of customers, markets, products, business models, value drivers and stakeholder expectations and identify critical business issues, innovate simple solutions and implement efficiently. Finance analysts drive process improvements and lead cross-organizational finance teams on global initiatives. They also utilize global integration and virtual organizations to develop and accomplish shared goals. Each Finance Analyst will leverage the investment in systems, tools and processes and provide effective framework for reliable business practices and internal controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to present results in a clear, concise, and professional manner; have an ability to build effective working relationships with peers and operational managers; demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for what you do; use creativity and innovation to explore what is really possible; follow through on commitments and take responsibility for your actions; see and communicate “reality” and model high ethical standards.
