Entry-Level Environmental/IT Analyst

ERG is a multidisciplinary environmental consulting firm offering a broad range of professional services. ERG is seeking a bright, highly motivated scientist or engineer with strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills for an opening as an Entry-level Environmental Scientist/IT Analyst. Primary responsibilities include:

• quality assurance and testing,
• site maintenance and content uploads, and
• writing software design and testing documentation for web applications with scientific purposes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team and work independently on concurrent tasks while meeting project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in website design, testing, documentation, and/or programming. Skills with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, SQL, Drupal, Selenium IDE, and SoapUI a plus. Qualified candidates will have a BS or MS degree in environmental science or engineering, chemistry, or biology, and 0 to 2 years of experience. Knowledge of data management and the software development life cycle a plus. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
