Donation Attendant 2 P/T

Being a Donation Attendant at Goodwill-

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting each donor
• Accept donations and provide a receipt when necessary to donor
• Carries donations from the donor’s vehicle to the center
• Determine if the donation falls within our guideline for acceptance
• Assist in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
• Maintains all required records of deliveries to the supervisor and driver

• A great attitude, reliable, responsible and respectful
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and understand basic procedures and safety rules
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Meet the physical requirements* of this job

*Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand; walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Occasionally required to sit, climb and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently required to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally required to team-lift and/or over 100 pounds. Vision requirements for this job include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
