Director of Sales Operations

Our client is a global manufacturer of outdoor fitness and recreation equipment. They sell, manufacture, install all types equipment from outdoor fitness equipment to artificial turfs & synthetic surfaces. Their custom products are designed from start to finish to meet the demands and needs of their customers. They are seeking to hire a Director of Sales Operations to be responsible for the management and development of the support team which coordinates all the projects for the sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage & motivate support team with the goal of supporting business growth
• Drive performance across partner organizations, ensuring best-in-class sales and customer support objectives are consistently achieved/exceeded
• Manage all aspects of the process from working with sales to project management team.
• Develop strategies, tactics and accurate forecasts
• Create, adapt and implement company initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for growth and development of teams and strive to exceed expectations
• Drive communication efficiency efforts between Sales, Sales Support & Designers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Min. 5-10+ years of Sales operations and sales management experience
• Experience within business to business sales organizations
• Exceptional Leadership & Strategic Planning Skills
• Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus
• Ability to travel when needed (10%)
• Proficient in Microsoft office
