Tool-Smith Company is a leading industrial distributor seeking a highly organized person to fill the position of Data Entry Specialist in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Skilled Data entry
• Order Processing
• Maintain paperwork for tracking sales, service, and rental
• Internet research to locate equipment schematics, vendors, and other information
• Support Sales, Service, and Rental Operations

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• High Focus on Organization
• Strong Verbal Communication
