Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA), one of the nation’s top Housing Finance Agencies, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who is an outgoing and energetic professional to run their Single Family Mortgage Customer Service Team.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Servicing Administration, the Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and managing a fast paced mortgage call center environment. Additionally, this individual will prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management, managing Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other borrower inquiries, handling escalated customer calls, staff training and development as well as performance management.

The Customer Service Supervisor should possess proven management experience in leading employees to achieve organizational goals and key performance measurements. The individual must be solution oriented and results driven with the ability to execute projects to improve the overall performance of the department. Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
