Customer Service Specialist – Part Time Weekend Position

Super Soccer Stars is actively recruiting a weekend Customer Service Specialist for our Washington, DC office. The desired candidate must be independent, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and an energetic individual interested in joining a fun and dynamic team.

Super Soccer Stars is the nation’s largest and most popular children’s soccer development program, operating thousands of classes every week for early childhood, elementary, and middle school children. We have 12 offices across the nation and one internationally in London where 85 committed, passionate team members and over 700 coaches join together to bring the best product to children through the best possible service. Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and efficient communication with customers via phone and email: relaying information, answering questions, registering children for classes, returning messages
• Maintaining relationships with parents and partners to ensure fantastic customer service
• Executing child administration: class enrollment, transfer and withdrawal, and documentation of client information
• Sourcing new business development collateral and analyzing market research
• Inputting data such as class and camp creations and updating kid rosters
• Offering support to the managerial team
• Performing general administrative and office duties

Requirements:

• Superb phone manners
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with an acute ability to multi-task
• Must be highly organized and have an infectiously positive attitude
• Extreme professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while delivering flawless results are a must
• Experience and passion for children and/or soccer is an asset

Work Hours:

• Saturdays, 7:45am-11:45am (hours may be adjusted depending on administrative needs)
• Sundays, 7:45am-11:45am (hours may be adjusted depending on administrative needs)

Benefits:
