Customer Service Coordinator – R20K – R30K

Customer service acts as a bridge between the customer and the company that the customer is buying from. Assist customers with regards to product queries/quotes

Capture all orders accurately on system

Stock transfer for Demo requests

Complete the back-order database and keep it up to date

Create warehouse picking slips

Update and maintain Sales Delivery schedule

Handling of telephone call and emails professionally

Accurately check and capture sales orders for Capital equipment

Liaise with Creditor’s department when accounts are on hold or credit limits are exceeded

Pro-forma and Commercial invoices

Liaise with stores assistants with regards to any emergency deliveries and over-night transfers

Check and accept Online Order enquiries daily

Action and keep tract on Product Configuration Forms

Distribution of purchase orders to the correct departments

Receive all customers in a professional and friendly manner

Give accurate feedback to sales team and clients

Maintaining of POD’s

Compliance

Ensure compliance with the Principles of Business and Code of Conduct in the Dräger Group and local laws and regulations

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health laws and other applicable regulations

Communication

Support Brand recognition at the branch level

Relationship-Management with Distributors and/or Customers and all employees within the Branch

Regulatory Affairs and Quality

Implement the necessary processes and actions to obtain and maintain all relevant certifications, e.g. ISO, in close collaboration with the Branch Manager

Ensure compliance with corporate quality and environmental policies

Ensure the effective day to day quality management of processes within customer relations, service and logistic departments

Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures

Matric

Relevant Tertiary qualification / certification advantageous

2 -4yrs experience in similar position

Efficient in:
MS Word – Intermediate

MS Excel – Intermediate

NAV

Email/Internet

Excellent Product Knowledge

Ability to prioritize – Time Management

Business English

Good conflict resolution skills
