Customer Service Call Center Rep

National real estate training and transaction company, which has been recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Houston by the Houston Business Journal, is seeking an experienced professional to take up a position on our CSR team, where you can contribute directly to the ongoing growth of the company and be rewarded financially for your efforts.

This position is ideal for anyone with experience in sales, collections, telemarketing, or customer service. The majority of your work day will involve making and receiving telephone calls to clients and prospective clients.

Real estate knowledge or experience is not required; we’ll teach you what you need to know to successfully handle sales and questions about our programs.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and friendly communicator
• This can be a fast-paced environment with significant demands; adaptability, flexibility and change readiness is essential
• Maintain and organize detailed records with accuracy and consistency
• Skillful use of computers, at least a basic knowledge of Excel
• Strong written and verbal skills, grammar and spelling
• Demonstrate a calm and professional demeanor especially when communicating with clients

Our team works Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm in our corporate headquarters located near I-10 and Dairy Ashford.

The perfect candidate is looking to become a part of our growing team to help drive our corporate culture and morale. Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ administrative, sales, marketing, customer service, or similar background, and a serious drive to succeed.

This position earns $10 per hour plus commission, and is bonus-eligible.

Employees in this position typically earn an average of $11-$15 per hour.
