Job Summary

To provide maternity cover for Maternity leave/Sabbatical for 24 months.

To assist with managing a portfolio of 3rd party contracts, suppliers and licence, liaising directly with multiple internal departments and external suppliers to ensure rigorous control of costs and continuous provision of appropriate services. Reporting on the teams workflow, budgetary responsibilities and achievements.


Key Accountabilities and Activities

  • Manage and maintain portfolio of technology supplier contracts including updating tracking spreadsheet with details of new contracts, renewal dates, cancellations and internal recharges.
  • Co-ordinate contract renewals with Sourcing team, Operations and Engineering division
  • Raise requisitions and purchase orders for all contract renewals and manage the receipting of the PO’s.
  • Work with internal Accounts Payable team to ensure Technology suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
  • Check suppliers billing is correct and in line with order requirements.
  • Report monthly on a variety of measures.
  • Ensure internal recharge data is maintained and kept up to date with any changes in contract volume or usage reflected in the recharges.
  • Responsible for ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Strategic planning and implementation for the 3rd party Contracts Renewals team’s


Desirable Skills

  • Experience in using finance systems for Billing, Raising POs, GRNing and running reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are achievable
  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams to solve complex issues
  • Microsoft Excel at a medium level
  • Microsoft Outlook at a medium level
  • Experience in interacting with internal corporate support processes
