Content Marketing Program Manager

We are actively seeking a full time content marketing program manager to fill a role in our dynamic B2B marketing team. This position will be responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of content for the corporate website, social channels, digital platforms, third party campaigns, corporate collateral, and PowerPoint presentations. The content marketing program manager will also contribute to virtual events, SEO, and international programs.

This position will work within the corporate marketing team and with cross-functional teams to create compelling content to enable lead and demand generation, prospect nurturing and corporate thought leadership. This is a team environment position, but individual contribution and accountability is a requirement. A successful candidate will have a sense of urgency, impeccable attention to detail, be a self-starter and be able to get up-to-speed quickly to align with the company objectives. Applicants should be well versed in content marketing principles, have strong writing skills and an expert grammar knowledge. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day content creation for the website, digital and social channels while adhering to strict brand guidelines

Support day-to-day execution and production of content marketing programs

Be a content producer, editor, and publisher

Produce and moderate virtual and digital events

Drive quality assurance standards (including proofreading and creative input) of content assets and campaigns

Manage digital/content and ensure up-to-date content is prepared and approved for timely deployment

Work closely within marketing/IT team(s) to improve the capturing of information of web visitors’ activities

Strong project management and multi-tasking skills

The ability to manage multiple projects and to deliver on time and on or under budget

Budget management

Develop and maintain SEO optimization and optimize content for SEO

Think out of the box to create, find, and develop new concepts to reduce the sales cycle and improve prospect conversion rates through the sales cycle

Create reporting structures to disseminate key metrics for marketing programs to stakeholders

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills

A sense of humor to bring creativity to our content strategy

Qualifications

6+ years in a marketing/content role in a B2B and/or technology organization

Must be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize, organize and work within deadlines

Experience managing marketing research, campaigns and budgets • Strong writing style with expert grammar knowledge

Proven inbound marketing success with demonstrated proficiency in earning audience attention through content marketing tactics

Analytical thinking and strategic problem solving

Experience managing social media campaigns

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent project management skills

Exceptional understanding of the blogosphere

Demonstrated working closely with sales to understand the sales cycles and lead generation

Marketing technology software knowledge and/or certification is a plus Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, Communication, or related field

MBA a plus
