Job Description

Core responsibilities will include the following areas:

• Work primarily with Landmark’s Clients in order to:
• File claims and inquiries with shipping carriers, submit reship requests, data entry, general financial analysis, shipment correction, and various other short-term projects.
• Answer emails, analyze data and fix current issues.
• Additional tasks may involve working alongside Landmark’s IT, Operations, Sales, and Development teams.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all current and prospective customers.
• Periodic travel may be involved to visit clients.

Position Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications include:

• 2-3 years previous client service experience.
• Basic web and database skills.
• Proficient Excel skills a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively through interpersonal and electronic forums.
• Skilled at problem solving critical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Email organization, task prioritization, and time management.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• AA or BA in Business or related degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
