Call center patient care representative

Carolina Orthodontics and Children’s Dentistry is hiring!

We’re looking for a stellar call center patient care representative to work in our North Raleigh call center and help our patients with efficient scheduling, prompt and accurate responses to questions and comfort care.

This is a full time position; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

PAY STARTING AT: $9-$13 per hour, depending on qualifications!

A qualified candidate will have the following:

• Require high school diploma or GED
• Must have previous customer service experience
• Requires great articulation and pronunciation; friendly and outgoing phone voice
• Requires basic computer skills
• Must demonstrate attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Must be able to handle multiple calls and remain calm and friendly under pressure
• Previous pediatric dentistry and/or orthodontic administrative experience preferred but not required
