Delta Air Lines is looking for a Business Analyst Scrum-Master to join our agile software development team. This position is responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting user-stories, grooming the team’s backlog, and managing communications with stakeholders. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding the business, corporate stakeholder needs, and IT system capabilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE

• This position is responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting user-stories, grooming the team’s backlog, and managing communications with stakeholders.
• The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding the business, corporate stakeholder needs, and IT system capabilities.
• As scrum master, this team-member will be expected to organize SCRUM ceremonies and to address the team’s obstacles.
• As a scrum master, the candidate will help in Agile planning, facilitating the Agile process, supporting teams, removing impediments, providing team coaching and guidance, and working with other scrum masters to improve our agile practice.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? / WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

• BS / BA, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems with 3 or more years of experience in IT project based environment, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
• Agile and preferably scaled agile experience
• Ability to create detailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences.
• Enthusiasm to proactively coordinate and take action within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills preferred
