Business Analyst

What is the opportunity?

The Business Analyst is responsible for requirement activities on medium enhancements and projects. The Business Analyst is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support – for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

What will you do?

Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing individuals or groups and their requirements responsibilities

Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates

Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities

Facilitate collaborative sessions with small to medium number of business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

Analyze and document scope of the business solution using RBC and industry-standard requirements techniques

Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements, using enterprise requirements methodology

Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders

Prepare requirements for review applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign off sessions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of Business Analyst experience in various delivery methodologies such as Waterfall , Iterative, and/or Agile

Experience in requirements planning, prioritization, analysis, and documentation including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

Requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys

Nice-to-have

CBAP or PMI

Masters Certificate in Business Analysis
