Full-time Position

Overview:

The Boomi Developer plays a key role within the Business Information Systems (BIS) group and helps expand the business capabilities of Kaseya. This role will be responsible for coordinating with multiple departments to understand their data integration needs, and to translate these requirements into the Dell Boomi integration platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in technical and functional capacities, project-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about the role of systems and data in driving business value.

Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, develop, and support core system integrations on the Dell Boomi platform
Be a lead resource for other team members who will also be developing on the platform
Facilitate and support any integration consulting efforts
Develop and maintain clear documentation around all Kaseya integrations throughout the entire SDLC
Actively solicit the involvement of other team members and subject matter experts to ensure integrity, efficiency, and supportability of integrations
Create unit, integration and user acceptance test plans for new releases, including use cases and test data
Ensure and enforce best practices
Work with BIS team to determine, document, and enforce clear master data policies
Proactively identify and address potential issues in related systems or data
Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, etc
Performs special assignments as requested by department
Interact with PMO, Testing, BI and other Operational teams to advise them on new solutions and solution impacts
Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes at Kaseya
Stay up to date on Boomi capabilities and releases and identify what would be good fit for the application and organization
Seek out opportunities to apply technical skill set to provide solutions outside of the Boomi platform

Required Qualifications:

Must possess the first level of Boomi Developer or Architect certification or equivalent experience
Should have 1+ years working in a production grade Boomi environment, and 3+ years working on data integrations
Experience integrating Salesforce.com and NetSuite using Boomi
Experience developing and managing APIs on the Boomi platform
Clear understanding of SOA principles
Strong technical skills with hands on design, development, integration and deployment in enterprise applications
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of SQL and experience integrating with relational databases such as SQL Server
Clear written and verbal communication skills an absolute must
Must be comfortable manipulating data outside of Salesforce.com in Excel
Should possess superior self-motivation
Eager to learn new technologies and solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or the equivalent in experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on experience in Java, JavaScript, Groovy
Development of Dell Boomi integrations using custom scripts
Experience configuring on premise Boomi Atom
Administrator experience with other business systems
Experience integrating or administering any of Zuora, ZenDesk, RedShift a strong plus
Familiarity with MDM applications
External reporting and database experience (SQL, RedShift, ODBC, Tableau, etc.)
