Associate – Financial Management

The Associates will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver innovative solutions. The Associates will focus on delivering business transformation and financial management advisory services to our clients in a team environment. As a member of our team, you will join a talented group of professionals, serving in key roles advising Federal Agencies addressing on issues related to performance improvement, program effectiveness, financial management and risk assessment. Our team focuses on national priorities in Defense, Homeland Security and Civilian agencies.

Required Skills:

• Ability to assess business operations and processes to make recommendations for improvement
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• The ability to travel, depending on the project

Required Experience:

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field
• 0-3 years of consulting, finance, or accounting experience
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and assess current state business processes
• Experience with Federal clients, financial management, or auditing is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Active security clearance is highly desirable
