Apartment Leasing Consultant Needed

Full House Staffing is searching for a DYNAMIC Leasing Consultant for a staffing assignment in the metro Detroit area. Position can be part-time or full-time and may include weekends. Assignment may lead to direct hire employment opportunity for the right candidate.

Candidates MUST possess industry experience, exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work with others and/or independently, prioritizing, computer skills, dependability and integrity are need-to-have skills.

Duties and job requirements will include:

– Qualifying, touring and CLOSING prospects

– Excellent Customer Services abilities

– Experience with property management software preferred

In addition to hourly rate ($12 – $15/hr) plus commission, various benefits are available: training, paid holidays, paid time off, and medical benefits. Background checks will be performed on all qualified applicants. EOE.
