We are currently selecting members for the following positions to begin serving in Baton Rouge, LA; New Orleans, LA; Columbia, SC; Far Rockaway, NY; and Sea Bright, NJ starting April, June, and September.

  • Site Supervisor: Site Supervisors are the voice and face of SBP out in the field. These members lead groups of skilled and unskilled volunteers in construction projects on our clients’ homes, engaging with diverse groups of people on a daily basis. A Site Supervisor is responsible for providing training to our volunteers, maintaining a safe and clean worksite, monitoring safety and quality and ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Site Supervisors are provided a 6 week training in the field of construction so no skill set is required but preferred.
  • Supply & Logistics Coordinator: Supply & Logistics Coordinators are the backbone of our construction department. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager these coordinators ensure that each job site is properly stocked so that our trades teams, project managers and site supervisors have what they need when they need it.
  • Supply & Logistics Coordinator (In-Office Construction Coordination): In-Office Supply & Logistics Coordinators ensure construction sites are provided and tracked with necessary tools and materials on time and accurately so that our Project Managers and Site Supervisors have what they need when they need it. They manage subcontractors, secure building permits, and schedule building inspections.
  • Client Services Coordinator: A Client Service Coordinator is an advocate and liaison to SBP’s clients from application to completion of construction and move-in while working with clients to remove barriers to their recovery. As the sole point of contact for our clients, Client Services Coordinator foster strong relationships and educate homeowners on SBP’s mission and policies.
  • Volunteer Coordinator: Volunteer Coordinators support SBP’s mission by creating an extraordinary volunteer experience that gets people excited about continuing their engagement with SBP. Volunteer Coordinators will build relationships with volunteers before their trip, welcome them when they are on their trip, and work diligently to keep them engaged once they are done volunteering.
