Airport Interviewer: Houston IAH Airport

Global Resource Management (GRM), a national marketing research company, is seeking outgoing, energetic and well-organized customer service specialists to act as a Market Research Interviewer at IAH airport. Our team recruits busy travelers to participate in a survey of international air travelers. We recruit passengers to participate in a questionnaire to help improve their international travel experience. Your job will be to maximize the number of responses we receive each day you work.

Responsibilities-

*Recruit travelers to participate in a survey

*Communicate with business class and economy passengers with equal success

*Provide adequate information regarding the survey

*Maintain a very professional etiquette and appearance

Requirements

*1 years Sales/Marketing Experience

*1 Years Customer Service Experience

*Excellent communication skills

*Bilingual (English and Spanish)

*Able to pass a Homeland Security background check

*Able to work 40 hours a month / 5 days a month
