National University College-Online Division is looking for Online Adjunct Faculty for the Graduate program of Business Administration (MBA) on the following fields:

• Economy
• Management
• Finance
• Marketing
• Statistics / Quantitative Methods
• Project Management
• Human Resources
• Information Systems and Technology
• Research
• Accounting
• Industrial Psychology
• Strategic Planning / Strategic Management

Minimum requirements:

• Ph.D. or DBA Degree in field
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience preferred
• Higher Education Teaching Experience on the online modality preferred
• Ability to engage a diverse student population in active learning to meet required course and program outcomes.

All positions require exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe and familiar with information systems; available to manage the course(s) throughout online technologies setup; strong verbal and written communication skills. All faculty positions require availability to respond to students inquiries and concerns in a period of 24 hours from the requisition date, and continuous contact with students via electronic media and a minimum of one (1) live virtual class as determined by each course. Academic programs are available every seven (7) weeks. Other specific requirements will be discussed in the interview process with qualified candidates.
