Accounting Officer

This position will apply fundamental accounting practices to support the business needs of Direct Care & Treatment and performs a variety of basic accounting tasks. This position may assist in analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports, reconciling imprest accounts, assisting with month end/year end reporting, supporting processing of information related to purchasing cards, supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable and other duties and functions as assigned by controller.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
4 year accounting degree or minimum 2 year degree in accounting, financial management or related field

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills Preferred Qualifications:

In fiscal year 2013 (July 2012 – June 2013), about 12,500 clients were served.
