POSITION SUMMARY:

Will receive and deposit incoming checks and scan Accounts Payable information into our Liberty System. Also is considered primary backup to will call, receptionist, and mailroom.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and deposit incoming checks
• Cover time off for Will Call whenever necessary
• Cover time of for Receptionist whenever necessary
• Scan Accounts Payable information into Liberty System
• Cover other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and / or Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of high volume cash handling and processing experience

Professional Skills:

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization
• Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two- way communication
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
