Accountant

We are looking for a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Accountant to analyze company financial information and prepare balance sheets reflecting current and long-term assets and liabilities, annual profit and loss statements, fund flow and cash flow statements and other consolidated accounting reports. Analyze company operations, costs, revenues and market trends and project future revenues and expenditures using statistical procedures including correlation and regression analysis. Analyze accounting and financial data and provide information to construct annual budgets with a view to reducing costs and increasing profits. Track deviations from the budget and recommend mid-course corrections. Apprise management of company financial health, including any cash flow problems. Establish, implement and modify accounting systems as needed for all company locations. Prepare annual and quarterly federal and state tax returns. Assist outside auditors in the preparation of audited tax returns. Will supervise one Accountant, one Accounts Payable Clerk and one Bank Accounts Reconciliation/Sales Commission Clerk.
