Workday Support Analyst – Security and Administration

The Position:

Arch has started its Workday journey with a go-live date of January 1st, 2021, and we are seeking a Workday Support Analyst with a focus on Security and Administration to join our newly created People Operations Team! With excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills, the Workday Support Analyst will take part in building upon a brand new system for Arch. Come join our team!
This position can be based out of Raleigh, NC or the NY-metro area.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to employees and the HR team
  • Perform system configuration and maintenance based on developed requirements and evolving business needs
  • Provide support for functional area systems to identify and resolve tenant configuration, business process and/or integration issues while making recommendations for and implementing process improvements
  • Monitor and maintain security requirements for complex tenant that includes intersected security roles.
  • Work with AVP, HRIS to gather user requirements, design, pre-configure, coordinate user’s tests and implement modifications to Workday’s modules
  • Ensure data integrity through aggregate analysis and an understanding of the processes deployed
  • Review business procedures and workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency. Work with segments to provide solutions for unique business needs within a consolidated business process.
  • Coordinate with PMO on implementation of new releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users
  • Recommend changes to configuration or adoption of new functionalities
  • Train segment HR Analysts on new processes

    • Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Workday HCM administration experience
  • Strong understanding human resources
  • Ability to own the design and configuration of multiple modules in Workday
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, initiatives and requests simultaneously

    • Education:

  • Knowledge and skills would typically be acquired through a bachelor’s degree
