Brief Summary of Role

Workday Recruiting Sr. Consultants will work on-site and remotely with customers to advise on maximizing the effectiveness of their HR operations and the HR function. Additionally, our staff will consult with clients to further increase efficiency and reduce costs by advising on additional cloud strategy offerings.

Experience & Requirements

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experienceLead Workday Recruiting implementations

Guide clients to design, build and deploy Workday Recruiting to meet their business needs

Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships

Consult with clients to improve efficiency and reduce costs of operations, ranging from HR Strategy to process design to shared and self-service applications and enabling technologies

Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate and present Appirio’s delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW

Advise on additional cloud strategy and technology options

5-7+ years of HCM implementation experience or Functional Workday recruiting experience

Workday implementation or user experience preferred

5-7+ years experience implementing Workday Recruiting or other SaaS HCM solutions, with hands-on experience implementing at least one full life cycle Workday Talent & Recruiting deployment is required

Broad-based knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in Talent Management, Talent, and Recruiting

Experience defining HR business and process strategy, developing process requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients <span

Strong presentation and communication skills

Enthusiastic, professional, and confident, with a focus on customer success

Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points

Team oriented with an ability to mentor less experienced consultants<span

Ability to travel up to up to 60%
