Our Client has been recognised by Brand Finance as one of the Big 4 Global ITServices Brands, is looking for a WMA OR Vantage Senior Developer for project in Chicago, Illinois, below is the detail requirement.

Responsibilities:

1.
5+ years of
Development and maintenance experiences working on policy admin system wmA or
Vantage

2.
5+ years
working on analyzing business functional requirements specific to Life
Insurance and Annuity domain/products

3.
5+ years of
mainframe technologies skills like COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, SQL and CICS

4.
6+ years of
experience in using different tools on mainframe platform like File Aid, Endevor,
Xpeditor, SPUFI, Platinum, DB2 File Aid, Abend Aid etc.

5.
5+ years of
relational database experience with programming, querying, analyzing and
comparing data

6.
2+ years of
using Test Management tool like HP Quality Center or JIRA or any other Test
Management tool

7.
1+ year of
working on AGILE/SCRUM methodology

8.
Familiar
with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing
Life Cycle (STLC)

9.
Strong
leadership, offshore co-ordination & communication skills with ability to
guide both onsite & offshore development team in clarifying/answering
onsite & offshore development team queries

10.
Excellent
communication skills, ability to think analytically and should be a problem
solver

11.
Taking ownership
and acting with high sense of urgency and should be a team player

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with minimum of 2 to 4 years as a WMA OR Vantage Senior Developer.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
