Compensation – $40,000 yearly plus commission

Management

We are looking for results driven and highly motivated individuals that want to sell and lead a sales team. Managers gain experience in all aspects of the retail business-sales, inventory, human resources, and most importantly leadership.

Responsibilities

Motivate and drive individuals to achieving sales objectives and providing superior customer service

Manages all aspects of store operations

Lead a sales team in the development of customer relationships and prospective accounts

Requirements

Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

Bachelor degree and two years related work experience or 6 years related to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, nights and weekends
