Currently we have 1 openposition.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGYou are the interface between masterswitch IT and the rest of the world, so you are instrumental in building good rapport with and being an advocate for the customer. You will be transforming confusion into comprehension.

Working as part of a highly focused team, you will be delivering technology solutions and support in a hybrid environment.You will be doing a lot of writing, too. Clear documentation, diagnosis, and recommendations across a broad area of information technology. You will also be contributing to ongoing efforts to streamline internal processes and methods of client service delivery. We fight against specializing work roles and cross train staff to provide client support at multiple levels.All employees are responsible for masterswitch IT information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of masterswitch IT’s information assets in accordance with the company’s information security program.YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR• Maintaining client systems and responding to support calls both remotely and onsite at the client’s site when necessary.• Efficiently responding to client inquiries through our professional services automation platform.• Handling client problems from the reporting and troubleshooting stage through to full resolution and conclusion.• Facilitating customer communication, education and satisfaction• Managing a large number of disparate customer issues across a broad range of topics• Helping coworkers when asked and taking the initiative to reach out to coworkers when you feel you have something to contribute.• Directing and developing your own professional skill.• Providing general product information, configuration support, a collection of relevant technical problem identification information, and filter non-technical problems from technical problems.• Staying on the cusp of the latest and greatest technologies.SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSHow you got here isn’t as important as what you know and how you share that knowledge, but you will need the following to succeed as a Team Support Engineer at Masterswitch IT.• A proven record of offering consistently superior levels of customer service.• The ability to make decisions on your own, and consult with team leaders as needed• Have an excellent understanding and competency in the windows platform• Additional fluency in other operating systems will receive preference• Solid understanding of networking and computer hardware• Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills• A warm personality, work well with co-workers and are kind and patient with customers.• An enthusiasm for learning• The ability to think calmly and rationally during a crisis• 2 -4yrs year college degree preferably in a technical field or relevant work experienceWHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING HERETired of your cubicle or having your performance reviews weighted on your ability to suggestion sell?
