We are looking for a talented, motivated Website Designer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web design, a sharp eye for detail, and strong fundamentals in web design, graphic design and the UI / UX of a website. You will be an important part of our growing team of experienced professionals. It’s an exciting time for us as we are expanding and experiencing rapid growth.

Responsibilities include:

Create wireframes and design, develop, and build a website from scratch.
Design, development (must have ability to write JavaScript, CSS, HTML), and maintenance of Bellagala website
Focus on front-end user experience and overall look and feel
Analyze using Google analytics to monitor UI/UX changes to measure ROI.
Manage small to medium technical projects, act as project lead and working with other developers or designers as necessary
Prepare design concepts and rough sketches of material, discuss them with the team and make necessary changes
Design, format, and coordinate production of print and digital marketing materials including brochures, magazine advertisements, website banners, flyers, postcards, advertising, newsletters, event invitations, social media graphics and more
Work with marketing leadership to execute marketing communications campaigns to generate new leads and increase revenue
Communicate successfully with internal team members during the life cycle of a project so that he/she understands the project timeline and requirements
Design and format HTML graphics for email blasts internal and external

The ideal candidate:

Website Design/Graphic Design degree or certification. BA preferred but not required.
3-5 years of professional experience with a strong online portfolio. Please provide a link to your portfolio.
Currently in a website design role or very similar.
Proven knowledge of markup and style sheet languages (HTML & CSS). Must be proficient in hand coding without dependence on a visual code editor
Design: Adobe Creative Suite
Understand ROI and the importance of how that plays in to the role.
