Web/Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Web and Print Designer to join our team! You must be passionate about creating eye-catching graphics for both print and digital, including social media campaigns, emails, and infographics. You should be able to create graphics in Adobe Creative Suite, and to do basic coding using HTML and CSS. You must be a self-motivated designer that is able to create unique content that aligns with the image of our company and brands.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual designs for emails, infographics, websites, social media, and print projects
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, and HTML
• Assist with website design and basic programming/coding projects
• Manage products from concept to finish
• Use web analytics to refine marketing messages and practices
• Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Reports to the Director of Marketing

Skills and Background:

• Able to follow style guide standards to ensure continuity across marketing materials
• Must be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Able to collaborate, take direction, and work autonomously, sometimes with limited direction
• 2+ years experience
• Portfolio required
• Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ecommerce experience is a plus, but not required
• Google Analytics certification / experience is a plus
