BI Report Developer | Cornerstone Service Center | Eagle, ID

The selected candidate will wear many hats in this entrepreneurial spirited organization with a real focus on increasing the quantity, quality, and utilization of data, analytics and business information projects. This position will be a contributor to the growth and direction of our business intelligence needs. The role will be focused on supporting the needs of the end-users who currently utilize reports and tools developed by the Business Intelligence Group. The selected candidate will be a key player in delivering high quality services and support that meet the unique needs of the business.

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations and other BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Dundas, SSRS, Excel, VBA, EPM/BPC, and other BI tools
• Partner with data consumers to provide amazing support for all their needs
• Address adhoc reporting needs for end-users

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field
• 5+ years of professional work experience, preferably in IT, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, enterprise reporting, or other related experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare.
• Experience working closely with accounting/finance personel and developing financial reporting solutions highly desired
• Experience working closely with healthcare operational leaders and developing operational reporting solutions highly desired
• Experience working within a publically traded company or revelant skills/knowledge highly desired
• Advanced knowledge in BI, data warehousing, OLAP, SQL technologies and enterprise reporting applications, specifically with Tableau, Dundas, Excel, EPM/BPC.
• Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and user needs
• Ability to document requirements, defines scope and objectives
• Understanding of SQL development and reporting/visualization best practices
• Experience with one or more of the following languages: SQL, R, Python, VBA, MDX, .NET
• Outstanding communication, analytical and documentation skills
