Job Description

As part of the VIPERS (Virtual Image Processing & Exception Resolution Systems) Team, the ideal candidate will be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment. We’re looking for a candidate who has a proven track record to deliver complex initiatives in a very dynamic environment with focus on high system availability and software quality. Candidates should exhibit solid understanding and proven experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Java EE Architecture, Object Oriented analysis and design, front end HTML 5 & JavaScript technologies.

The Web Developer will partner with best-in-industry team of software development professionals to develop and support 9 Java web centric applications support the Payment Management Infrastructure (PMI) that support electronic check image capture and processing.

The successful candidate will:
Have Java development in a dynamic environment

The ability to multitask on a number of projects, and be able to prioritize tasks based on scheduled completion dates

Partake in an on-call rotation in supporting all 8 applications in production Required Qualifications

5+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications

2+ years of Java experience

3+ years of JavaScript development experience

3+ years of Cascading Style Sheets experience

2+ years of Spring experience

2 + years of experience with Eclipse IDE

2 + years of experience with Subversion source control repository management Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

2+ years of Hibernate experience

1+ year of WebSphere experience

1+ year of DB2 experience

1+ year of Oracle experience

1+ year of JMS (Java Message Service) experience

1+ year of MQ Series Messaging experience

1+ year of Linux experience Other Desired Qualifications

1+ years Concurrency/Multi threading development

2+ years Tomcat Deployment and configurations
