Web Developer

We are seeking a developer with approximately two to three years of experience. This team player needs to be able to take design concepts to final production, develop functionality, build and support web properties, mobile applications and other digital components.

Job functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Strong portfolio showing examples of desktop and mobile websites
• Proven knowledge of development principles, design specifications and standards. Ability to develop and execute HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including writing clear, clean, and concise code, optimizing images and configuring page loads to reduce download time
• Experience with API integration including marketing automation software and CRM integration
• Proficient with languages such as HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript. Knowledge of .NET, .ASPX and PHP a plus
• Understand coding best practices for analytics and event tracking implementation
• Experience building sites within content management systems including WordPress
• Understand corporate website production requirements, responsive design and frameworks, and complex web applications
• Familiar with Adobe suite of tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
• Ability to organize, multi-task and determine priorities efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and not-so-technical people
• Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on a collaborative team with visual designers and content strategists to design and document websites
