PerfectGift is an MIT eCommerce start-up, offering eGreetings and Gifts around the world. We are looking for the best and the brightest to build our fast growing global team.

Duties:

• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using JAVA and PHP
• Maintenance and work on back-end applications.
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in a web development
• Attained at least a BA or BS
• Proven work experience in web programing
• Mastery of Java, PHP, and Browser Development Tools
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• AI knowledge preferred
