Web Designer/Developer Internship (Sports Organization)

We are looking for a budding developer with a keen eye for design to participate in our internship program. In this position, you will work with our team to solve problems and build innovative web solutions. You will contribute to a wide range of projects and will participate in all stages of design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance! You will gain the following from this internship: Experience! Technical experience building sites with a variety of web technologies including WordPress, Drupal, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and e-commerce.

This position entails web development expertise as well as an understanding of visual communications and SEO. Project Management! The ability to manage your own web projects. Multitasking on different projects and scheduling tasks to ensure you stay on track. You will never be bored!

Responsibilities:

Perform updates and maintenance on the company websites Improve current SEO and Accessibility Work with our web development company to address any issues

Requirements:

– Previous experience in HTML5, CSS3, WordPress and PHP is preferred.

– Any knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, or Adobe Suite is a huge plus.

– The right candidate will possess an eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies.
