Web Designer, Mid
Key Role:

Develop content for Web sites and direct, oversee, review, and correct all internal and external Web content. Establish links and flow of information on and between Web pages, edit and design pages and advertising, and use tools, including HTML5 and CSS. Consult for other projects, work under minimal supervision, and provide input on project–related decisions. Maintain responsibility for troubleshooting and customer support. Maintain technical documentation, including software revision levels, explanations of custom code, administrator responsibilities, site structures, and server configurations. Perform administration on collaboration sites and provide briefings to familiarize sponsor personnel with new collaborative technology. Participate in collaborative technology in internal working groups.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with overseeing or managing the development, content management, and coordination of multimedia Web sites and managing Web–based collaboration tools

-Experience with using HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript, Action Script, or Cascading Style Sheets within the past 2 years

-Experience with SharePoint

-Ability to use tools for collecting statistics on site usage

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree
