Pro/Phase Marketing is seeking an experienced and talented web designer. Desired candidate must have strong analytical skills & proven ability to develop productive working relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Candidate will assist in web site concepts, user interface and graphic web design of various business web sites for our clients. Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Writing and editing content
• Designing webpage layout
• Determining technical requirements
• Updating websites
• Solving basic javascript/jquery/html code problems
• Graphic design for other marketing media for our clients (i.e. direct mail, email, signage, etc.).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years experience in web interface design and web page layout design.
• Experience with responsive design layout and best practices.
• Strong graphic design, typography, and color theory background.
• Experience in WordPress.
• Experience in Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience optimizing designs for the web.
• Experience with SEO and Google Analytics.
• Willingness to work closely with customers and developers.
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML5.
• Knowledge of Javascript & JQuery a plus.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
