Web Applications Developer I

We are currently seeking a Web Applications Developer I who has experience developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based applications systems. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent experience as well as at least 2 years experience in a similar role. In addition, experience with scripting, such as PHP, JavaScript, or Python is required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and documenting web-based application systems.
  
• Troubleshoots system problems and issues.
  
• Maintains the application’s back-end systems.
  
• Uses technical innovations to improve individual and team processes
  
• Continuously learns new concepts and becomes recognized as an expert in certain domains.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
  
• Frequently communicates with clients, team members, etc.
  
• Travel may be required.
