Web Applications Developer (Contract Opportunity)

Location: Thomasville, GA (this is not a remote opportunity)

This position is responsible for full systems development life cycle through customer acceptance for a high profile product development project. Working alongside IT and business teams this role will be instrumental in helping the company to deliver a new differentiating and market disrupting product.

This is an individual contributor role. No direct reports at this time. Works very closely with IT project team, business project team, and extended project resources from other business units (R&D, Marketing, Finance, Operations). Please note that this is a temporary opportunity)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field from four-year College or University.

Experience: 3 to 7 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online environment. Experience in systems administration. Experience in the business areas of manufacturing and/or e-commerce preferred but not required.
