JOB SUMMARY: As a key member of the ClickBank team, the Web Application Developer is the primary technical resource for the Sales & Account Management team. The Web Application Developer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the Sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. He or she must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The successful candidate must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations

Responsible for on-boarding key clients to the ClickBank platform

Responsible for representing the product to customers at field events such as trade shows, conferences, etc.

Responsible for developing prototypes and providing custom scripts to integrate ClickBank API with other platforms using php when needed

Responsible for driving live web calls using Skype, or other conferencing software, with clients’ technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

Train Account Management and Client Services teams on product features, enhancements, and integration requirements

Translate customer requirements and explain product use cases to address client needs

Contribute to the creation of collateral that explains ClickBank solutions to prospects

Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Communicate market requirements to the Product Management team

Stay current on industry trends and provide influence over technical initiatives supporting revenue growth

Travel may be required

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years relevant experience as front web developer

Demonstrated professional experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery. Familiarity with AngularJS or React Frameworks, Vue and Java experience a plus

Knowledge and experience integrating with third party apps using JSON structured RESTful APIs

Current knowledge of marketing technologies and trends

Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills

Proven track record in sales, technical sales, or consultative technical support

Working knowledge of e-commerce and payments ecosystems preferred

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels and other tracking tools preferred

Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies preferred

Social ease and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with a variety of different people and personality types

Positive attitude and an outgoing personality with a high standard of decorum. Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus

Knowledge and experience with AWS, Cassandra, MySQL, serverless technologies a plus

Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture

Excellent team management and collaborative skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field that supports the key responsibilities of the job, strongly preferred
