Who We’re Looking For:

A VP of National Services to join our growing team in Frisco, TX.

What You’ll Do:

• Establish the infrastructure and controls to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of all departments reporting into the AVP of National Services to ensure improved gross margins and quality of services
• Direct and lead day-to-day National Services operational activities through policies, procedures, protocols and operations goals
• Develop strategic plans and budgets for the successful execution of National Services operations
• Responsible for overall financial management of National Services operations, including operating expenses, capital budget, forecasting, and strategic planning for the department
• Track productivity and update Leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Manage, coach, motivate, and develop employees’ soft and technical skills
• Periodic travel by air may be required

• A strategic outlook, strong procurement drive and will be achievement-oriented
• P&L management and process improvement experience
• Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and profitability analysis

The Skills and Background You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience managing multiple diverse business units
• Ability to manage up to 10 direct reports and 50+ indirectly
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Ability to work through and solve complex situations including developing efficient work methods to accomplish challenging goals
• Demonstrate strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy
